Hands Free!

So I've been trying to use the Baby Bjorn carrier around the house and she was HATING being in it. So I was about to give up when I realized that maybe she could hold her head up enough to face OUT instead of facing towards me. She really got used to it fast and even started to enjoy it! It's really nice to be "Hands Free" sometimes! We even did the laundry together!

Tummy Time!

Every day Britta has"Tummy Time" to strengthen her neck and tummy muscles. Yesterday she had Tummy Time in the hallway because I needed 10 minutes to dry my hair. She actually had fun this time (She usually hates it!). She really liks "reading" her Noah's Ark book.

Wedding Mania!

Britta is a wedding crasher! Ben and I have been to three weddings in the last three weekends and Britta has been to two of them with us. How many has she made it THROUGH? NONE! She doesn't seem to like the actual ceremony as much as we do! She's been a great guest at the receptions though. Maybe she just goes the food? :)

New Mama Class

Britta and I are taking a "New Mama Class" at Amma Maternity in Edina and we love it! It's a great excuse to get out of the house and hang out with other new mommies. What a great way to start motherhood!! Look at all the cute little babies! Where's Britta?

Hidden Talents

We are discovering that Britta has all sorts of new talents... She loves to hold her head up! She is so strong!

And she really loves to blow bubbles! This one lasted for a long time! It was quite impressive....
