1 Month Old!

The other day, my brother Korey brought me lunch and with it, he brought himself some chocolate milk. If you never want to drink chocolate milk again, watch the following video! (Well, you should really watch it anyway but beware because it is SO UNBELIEVABLEY GROSS!)

I'm so sorry you had to experience that Korey (especially because you found out the hard way that the milk had chunks in it!)

For Mother's Day the dads took the moms in our family to Q. Cumbers- a yummy buffet for brunch. Then it was family picture time!

10 days old and Britta is already trying to hold up her head on her own! She loves to look up at our faces when she's facing us! I know she can't see very far right now, but it really looks like she's looking right into your eyes.... It's precious!

Little Successes

We've had lots of little successes lately with Britta... including...

*Our first Doctor's apppointment- at which she told us that Britta weighs 7 lbs 4 oz (she was 6 lbs 12 oz. when she was born!), so she's eating like a champ!

*Sleeping like a little angel throughout the night-I was having to wake HER UP to eat! She sleeps so well!

*Finding her thumb-She has only done this one time, but it was sure funny the way she had it shoved in her mouth!

*Letting me dress her up like a little doll-She lets me put hats, mittens, and bows on her!

*Her first ride in the carseat-Check out her hands... She is still a little tense when it comes to riding in the car seat!

*Her very first blow out... Her parents handled it well! Let's just stay I'll be sticking to Pampers as our diaper of choice (she was wearing Huggies at the time!)

*Her very first photo shoot with our friends Dana and Ryan (their camera is much nicer than ours!)
